With 30 years of experiences, TK POLYMER has produced various types of PE release paper, and eco-friendly non-PE release paper. At the 30,000m²  factory site at Yangju and Dongducheon factories, we produce 25,000,000 m² per month. TK POLYMER equips with Korea’ only high speed silicone coating machine that enables to cope with any orders from customers.

1. Silicone coating

With a total of 9 silicone coating machines, with a monthly production capacity of 25,000,000㎡ we are the leaders in domestic and export markets.

※ High speed coating machine: Producing up to 350 m per min with a width of up to 1,650mm.

2. PE laminating

Total 3 PE laminating machines for PE extrusion coating

3. Primer treatment

Total 4 primer treatment machines to treat primer of non-PE release paper

4. Printing

Total 2 lines for gravure printing

5. Slitting

Total 4 slitting machines available to cut 10mm~1600mm side
